We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team at our Woodland office. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and customers. This role is key to supporting the sales team in meeting targets and delivering a high-quality customer experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, service agreements, and proposals for clients in commercial, industrial, or residential sectors.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, etc
- Coordinate with operations and scheduling teams to arrange site visits, and manpower allocation.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, contracts, and client feedback.
- Monitor ongoing contracts and follow up on renewals, feedback, and upselling opportunities.
- Follow up with client’s post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and assist during peak periods or events. Liaise with finance and admin teams for invoicing, payments, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE/ Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
