- Support the daily operations of a school-based student care centre.
- Liaise with internal and external parties, behalf of the school.
- Assist in preparing the documentation required by the management.
- Maintain updated records of as per school required. Other related duties as assigned by the Superior.
Facilities Maintenance Issue:
- Handling school facilities maintenance, coordinating with vendors/ contractors and building management. Any other duties as assigned by the management.
IT Support:
- Handling IT inventory and usage.
- Configuring laptops, printers, and other devices.
- Monitoring the school's WiFi software.
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues related to laptops, printers, and projectors. Setting up of School Printer ID for staff as every staff needs to have 1 printer ID to access the printer.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing a Student Care Centre, Childcare Centre, Kindergarten, or any related experience.
- Welcome willing to learn candidates, strong interests on IT and facilities.
- Polytechnic Diploma and above.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Meticulous and able to multi-task.
