- As Secretary / Personal Assistant to all native Japanese Project Managers and Management
- Assist in all communications and reports writing.
- Require to attend all site progress meetings between Kinden and consultants, main contractor, owner, suppliers etc
- Japanese to English and English to Japanese interpretation with all business partners and Kinden Japan Head Office
- Taking Minutes of Meeting Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate accurately, promptly, effectively and professional with internal and external parties.
Requirement
- Minimum 'O' level.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experince.
- Preferably those with experience in the construction industy.
- Those with technical engineering knowledge wil be an added advantage.
- Fluent in English and Japanese (minimum JLPT N3). Listening / Writing / Speaking is essential.
- Those with JLPT N2 and more working experience will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office required.
- Willingness to work at Tuas area with transportation pick up at designated MRT stations.
