Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable goals.
Process Analysis:
- Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Create process maps and workflow diagrams to visualize current and future states.
Solution Development:
- Work cross-functionally to design and implement solutions that enhance business operations and address identified challenges.
Data Analysis:
- Perform data analysis to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Project Management Support:
- Assist in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and project plans.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
Training and Support:
- Conduct user training sessions, develop training materials, and provide post-implementation support to ensure user adoption and proficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in business process modeling tools and techniques.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and enterprise software solutions.
- Experience in conducting UAT and system testing.
