Key Responsibilities
- - Lead business analysis efforts to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
- - Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders and project teams.

- - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- - Monitor project progress and proactively address issues and risks.
- - Ensure solutions meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- - Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in a similar role.
- - Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and project management frameworks.
- - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- - Proficiency in project management tools and business analysis techniques.
- - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- - Certification in PMP, CBAP, or similar is a plus.
