Our client is a leading player in construction industry. They are looking for a Senior/ Compensation & Benefits Executive to join their HR Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North area.
Duties of Senior/ Compensation & Benefits Executive:
- Drive staff welfare and engagement activities.
- Support salary reviews, bonus processing, and compensation surveys.
- Manage employee insurance and assist with annual renewals and PCP enrolments.
- Help review salary structures, rewards policies, and job evaluations.
- Administer eAppraisal and eClaim systems.
- Perform other HR duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related
- 3 to 5 years experience in compensation and benefits
- Job grade will commensurate with relevant working experience
