Our client is a leading player in construction industry. They are looking for a Senior L&D Executive to join their HR Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North area.
Duties of Senior L&D Executive:
- Collaborate with business units to assess and address training needs.
- Oversee full spectrum of L&D operations including planning, coordination, evaluation, and vendor management.
- Analyse training data for insights and reporting.
- Support talent development, succession planning, and onboarding initiatives.
- Manage partnerships with educational institutions for internships and scholarships.
- Handle grant applications, maintain training records, and ensure audit compliance.
- Assist with HR projects and other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related
- Min 3 - 5 years experience of training administration/ L&D experience, in similar setting
