We are looking for a Senior Cook/Assistant Outlet Chef who is passionate about food and committed to creating memorable guest experiences through quality, service, and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipes
- Manage a specific kitchen section (e.g., grill, fryer, cold prep)
- Ensure consistency in food quality, hygiene, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your workstation
- Assist with daily ingredient preparation and stock checks
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a cook or assistant chef in a café setting
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Must present a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
