[What the role is]
You will play a key role in formulating strategies, developing and delivering programmes to tap on opportunities in Precision Medicine & Medtech, and to support the growth of enterprises in the Healthcare and Biomedical industry, with a focus on Diagnostics, Therapeutics and Medtech startups and companies.[What you will be working on]
You will identify and account manage innovative start-ups and high growth enterprises to facilitate their growth and expansion. Your role includes working closely with other government agencies and partners (e.g. venture builders, incubators/accelerators and investors) to nurture enterprises and the industry's growth. You are also required to research and analyse local and global trends, and promote the adoption of industry best practices and technologies.
[What we are looking for]
- Analytical, with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Keen sense of business acumen, with strong relationship building skills.
- Able to thrive under pressure, take initiative and work independently, and within a team.
- Possess a degree in Engineering or Life Sciences.
- Candidates with two to five years of account management or business development experience. Prior experience in healthtech, digitalisation, or start-up environment is preferred.
