Key Responsibilities:
Programme Administration and Management
- Responsible to oversee the administration of the Career Conversion Programme for hiring employers
- Process, promote, co-ordinate and facilitate grant applications and claims
- Review documentation and identify discrepancies if any
- Generate ad-hoc reports for submission
- Assist with ad-hoc preparation of monthly/quarterly progress updates on CCP for submission to WSG
- Liaise and work with various government agencies, training providers and industry associations
Programme Marketing and Outreach
- Prepare slides and other relevant marketing materials for engagement with hiring employers
- Identify and maintain a repository of success stories on CCP
- Plan and manage events such as workshops and seminars
Customer Engagement
- Perform cold calls and make appointments to engage companies including those who write in
- File call reports for networking and engagement sessions and provide the necessary follow-up with enterprises
- Attend to email or phone enquiries
Claims Processing, Audit and Compliance
- Manage supporting documents submitted, and process for timely claims disbursement
- Adhere to established service standards for processing of processing of applications, claims and enquiries on CCP
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline or diploma with at least 2 – 3 years relevant experience
- Preferably with some experience in the administration of government schemes to HR and CEOs of SMEs
- Preferably with some knowledge of government funding schemes for training
- Able to multi-task, comfortable with administrative work and is meticulous
