Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to support our Nursing Administration department in driving process improvements, implementing innovative technologies, and managing training initiatives.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving departmental and organizational objectives while supporting the execution of nursing events and programs.
Job Description
- Implement and administer departmental training programs and operational processes to maintain high standards of performance and competency.
- Optimize operational efficiency by conducting comprehensive reviews, standardizing procedures, and streamlining workflows and processes.
- Collaborate with various business units and staff members to deliver value-added support and services, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and organizational success.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to spearhead the digitalization of work processes and manage technology-related projects, driving innovation and operational excellence.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on cutting-edge technologies to enhance nursing administration processes, improving overall efficiency and patient care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in healthcare technology and administration, ensuring the department remains at the forefront of industry advancements.
- Actively participate in and support departmental, institutional, and cluster-wide initiatives, functions, and events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong IT aptitude with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and technologies.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Adaptable and resilient, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
