RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End to end management of hiring, contracting and offboarding matters.
  • Administration of new hires onboarding (e.g. briefing for new hires etc…).
  • Manage online job portals and weekly job postings.
  • Manage weekly circular for new hires.
  • Help manage TA inbox and respond to queries appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • The successful candidate for this role will be expected to start work in August 2025.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience or Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Candidates who have experience in recruitment and contracting work will be advantageous.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, especially in liaising with stakeholders.
  • Meticulous with good numeracy skills.
  • Strong time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SuccessFactors and SAP HR modules is a plus.
