[What the role is]
This role is about developing and implementing community engagement strategies, coordinating marketing campaigns, creating content, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote Continuing Educaiton & Training (CET) programmes.[What you will be working on]
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies that promote positive engagement and collaboration between TP and the community
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and events to engage target audiences and enhance TP Continuing Education and Training (CET)’s visibility
- Support in developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies to achieve desired objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. digital, print, social media) to promote TP CET programmes & events
- Create content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure effective execution of outreach initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities.
[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification with at least 3 years of working experience in Marketing and Communications.
- Self- starter with strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and engage with different audiences.
- Good understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and strategies
- Meticulous and resourceful
- Proficient in using creative tools such as Adobe creative suite, Canva.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media platforms, content marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.
