Job Responsibilities:
1. Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges and provide HR solutions that support the achievement of business goals.
2. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related issues, including talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee relations.
3. Collaborate with management to ensure HR initiatives support organizational objectives and analyze workforce needs and develop plans to meet current and future talent requirements.
4. Foster strong relationships with department heads to understand their staffing needs and challenges.
5. Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
6. Lead and support change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and handle employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
8. Collaborate with HR colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall HR strategy of the organization.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
4. Has extensive experience in recruiting for a variety of positions, including but not limited to sales, BD, product manager, marketing, R&D, etc. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to make informed HR decisions.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
7. Preferably to have working experience in the crypto industry.
