The successful candidate will:
- Work with the engagement managers to provide efficient solutions to clients on domestic and international tax matters.
- Work with the engagement managers on various projects such as corporate restructuring, M&A, tax due diligence, tax incentive, stamp duty, etc.
- Assist in managing the engagement process, from the preparation of proposal to billing. Continue to keep abreast of updates in domestic and international tax.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of relevant working experience in international tax/ corporate tax/ M&A tax with large/mid-tier international accounting firms
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, Business or Law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Pro-active, committed and the ability to work well in a team and independently
