Position Overview

Vantage Data Centers is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Intern to join our APAC Tax team for a 6-month internship. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate tax compliance, international tax matters, and cross-functional tax advisory work across multiple jurisdictions in Asia-Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the tax team with ongoing documentation, including direct and indirect tax compliance, tax incentive applications for selected jurisdictions (e.g. Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia).

• Conduct tax research and compile technical summaries on international tax topics (e.g. permanent establishment risks, tax residency etc.).

• Help build internal tax governance and control framework including and compliance checklists.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, strategic finance) to gather information for ongoing projects.

• Assist with data requests and support the preparation of tax documentations.

• Participate in internal meetings, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional projects as required.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong interest in tax, finance, or international business.

• Meticulous with good organizational and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Able to commit full-time for 6 months.

• Prior internship or coursework in tax would be a plus, but not essential.
