Job scope:
1. Design, plan and/or execute experimental plans
2. Troubleshoot technical problems
3. Develop and optimize protocols
4. Summarize and present literature and internal data in project meetings
5. Keep up to date with current industrial and academic progresses
6. Contribute to scientific innovations
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirement:
Education level and requirements for hands-on experiences:
- PhD degree with at least 2 year of experiences in antibody drug discovery, either in academic or industrial settings.
- Education should be in immunology, cancer biology or related disciplines.
Technical skills :
1. Expert in mammalian cell cultures
2. Be familiar with different immunological assays like MLR, TDCC, ADCC, etc
3. Be able to design and optimize cell-based assays as required by different projects
4. Be familiar with in vivo therapeutic models for antibody drugs in oncology and/or autoimmune diseases.
