Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 standby and emergency support.
- Handle after-sales technical support, maintenance, and site recovery.
- Perform installation, commissioning, and on-site training per project scope.
- Prepare and deliver systematic service reports.
- Investigate product complaints and resolve issues.
- Identify root causes of failures and recommend solutions.
- Evaluate warranty claims and determine repair needs.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain technical training materials.
- Train distributors on service and troubleshooting to uphold service standards.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years’ experience.
- Willing to travel across Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia.
- Strong team player with problem-solving and task-focused mindset. Customer-focused, with a passion for power generation systems.
