Responsibilities:
We're looking for experienced solution architects to join our enterprise solutions team and help our global key accounts merchants and partners accelerate their onboarding and integration with our global e-commerce platform capabilities by identifying key technical challenges and architecting technical solutions to resolve them. You will be challenged by complex sets of business and technical challenges as you leverage a broad range of technical disciplines and cross-team collaboration to ensure success for our clients and to unlock the potential provided by our e-commerce platform capabilities.

As a solutions architect, you will:
1. Be the principal owner for the development and delivery of integrated solutions to facilitate and accelerate the successful onboarding and platform-to-platform integration with our e-commerce platform for key merchant clients under your portfolio.
2. Provide architectural design, technical consultation and customised development support for both direct integration with global e-commerce platforms via open platform APIs, and in-direct integration via common 1st and 3rd party connector applications (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Channel Advisor, Shopify, etc).
3. Work closely with our solution engineers and client partners to plan and execute joint engineering efforts.
4. Provide single point of contact for all integration-related domain knowledge consultation, debugging support and technical enquiries.
5. Identify opportunities for horizontal solutions and new feature development to continuously optimise operational efficiency and efficacy of our clients.
