Based in Singapore, the Staff Product Manager, Personalization & Search will report to the Director of Product Management. We are looking for a motivated, experienced PM to define and execute Viki’s content discovery strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long term strategy for personalization and search across our platforms (web, mobile and CTV)
- Turn AI/ML services into user centric solutions; partner with stakeholders across the business and engineering to identify and prioritize major problems and opportunities
- Design and execute A/B tests for backend algorithm changes, front end UI changes, and bold bets. Think big, build small, and move fast
- Mentor and coach junior product managers, providing guidance, best practices, and fostering a collaborative workplace
- Own and drive the entire product feature lifecycle, from conception to launch, KPI ownership along with post-launch analysis and continuous improvements
- Develop clear product specifications, detailed user stories, success metrics, and go-to-market plan with key business stakeholders, breaking down large problem spaces into a series of smaller problem hypotheses for rapid execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science, Business or equivalent
- 8+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on personalization or search for consumer application
- Experience and understanding of AI technologies and capabilities. Well versed and hands-on with the latest models, technologies and ecosystems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, turning insights into actions and product strategies
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills with strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience influencing and leading cross functional teams (both technical and business) across levels
- Proven track record of solving complex problems and delivering successful products through an agile approach that consistently exceeds user expectations
- Self-starter mentality with ability to manage and run multiple projects in a diverse working environment
