About the team
The T&S Evaluation and Investigation team, working closely with the Search team, taking the evaluation standards as the baseline and principles, and manually evaluating the search query and corresponding search results page to reflect the real user experience of the search function.
Responsibilities
- Have a deep understanding and knowledge of the English speaking markets, including local cultural norms.
- Responsible for search evaluation, investigation, and other search-related business requirements and provide guidance to deliver all key project milestones and outcomes to optimize search results-related strategies.
- Work independently as the evaluation and investigation project designer, deeply understand the business, and be responsible for the overall process of the project, including planning, implementation and providing high-quality evaluation analysis to help with product optimization.
- Data analysis and insights/reports generation based on evaluation data.
- Work closely with Product Managers and technical teams to elaborate and optimize relevant evaluation standards or guidelines and output project SOPs to ensure that the evaluation meets expectations
- Work closely with multiple business partners to ensure business metrics improvement and workflow optimization.
