- The Strategic Business Development Specialist is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for supporting organizational growth by helping to identify new business opportunities, conducting market research, and assisting with the development of proposals and presentations. This role works closely with internal teams to support business development activities and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts basic market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Gathers and analyzes data to support business development planning and decision-making.
Assists in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Supports the coordination of business development initiatives and tracks progress against goals.
Helps maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners to support collaboration.
Participates in meetings and contributes to discussions on business opportunities.
Assists with organizing and attending industry events, conferences, or networking sessions.
Maintains accurate records of business development activities and updates relevant systems.
Stays informed about industry developments and shares relevant insights with the team.
Performs other related tasks as assigned.

Required Experience: - Seasoned demonstrated experience in a business development, sales support, or marketing role.
Seasoned experience preparing presentations, reports, or proposals.
Seasoned familiarity with CRM tools or business development tracking systems is a plus. - Ability to converse in Japanese language is highly advantage to collaborating with stakeholders
