First Plus is a Singapore-based multi-strategy asset management company and is seeking for a motivated intern to join the Structured Credit team. The candidate should have a driven and positive entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in origination and execution of structured finance transactions.
- Conduct fundamental credit analysis including financial modelling.
- Monitor portfolio performance and risk evaluation. Keep abreast of macro-economic trends and assist in other ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- Related discipline include but not limited to - Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics etc.
- Any prior working experience in finance, buy-side and fixed income considered a plus.
- Proficient in modelling and using key systems such as Bloomberg, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Skills in credit research, quantitative analysis, and presentation.
- Pro-active, independent, attention to detail and willingness to learn. A team player with good interpersonal skills.
Job start: August 2025
Duration: Minimum 3 months; 6 months or longer preferred
Candidates in their 3rd or last year of university or masters’ degree preferred.
