Job Description:
Gather potential client leads (walk-ins / online / phone queries)
Communicate with teachers, students, parents/guardians to coordinate class schedules both online and onsite
Maintain and update the corporate website when necessary
Provide support services for management and academic staff
Assist in the day-to-day operations of a tuition centre
Assist in the upkeep of facilities and equipment
The ideal candidate ought to have:
A diploma / Professional Certification or equivalent
Be effectively bilingual (English and Mandarin)
A cheerful disposition
Be computer literate and tech savvy
Be polite and positive
Be a problem solver
Be a team player
Experience in the relevant industry is preferable but not necessary
Working Location Hougang
Working Hours from 9 to 6 pm
Monday to Friday
Saturday half day
