What You'll Do
As a Recruiter, you’ll be the face of our hiring process — sourcing talent, screening candidates, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the first contact through the interview process.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand open roles and ideal candidate profiles
- Writing and posting engaging job ads across multiple channels
- Actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone or video interviews
- Coordinating interviews with hiring teams and managing scheduling logistics
- Maintaining the ATS and keeping candidate records up to date
- Providing regular updates to hiring managers and HR on pipeline progress
- Representing the company at job fairs, virtual events, and networking meetups
