- Lead and drive the sales and growth strategy for your portfolio
- Spearhead business development efforts, including identifying and securing new opportunities for talents and the agency.
- Collaborate on product development, PR strategies, and strategic partnerships to enhance the agency’s market presence.
- Work closely with the Country Director and Content Team to shape talent development initiatives.
- Partner with the Country Director to expand and diversify the talent roster.
2. Talent & Campaign Management
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism for all talents across social media and client-facing activities.
- Oversee all incoming opportunities through effective inbox management—handled directly or via team support.
- Act as the key liaison between talents and internal teams (e.g. Accounts, Creative, Creator Development) to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Mentor and develop talents, aligning their professional growth with individual aspirations.
- Support organic content growth by working closely with the Internal teams
3. Team & Operational Management
- Recruit, train, and expand the Talent Management team as needed.
- Solve problems proactively and implement solutions to improve team and campaign effectiveness.
- Represent the agency professionally at networking, client, and industry events alongside talents.
