The Role
We are assisting our client in the search for a strategic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to be based in Singapore (or remotely in APAC). This individual will play a critical role in driving commercial hiring across countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Greater China, and India.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a recruitment business partner to field leaders, developing talent strategies aligned with growth goals.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across go-to-market functions such as Sales (new business and install base), Sales Engineering, Channel/Partner Management, Value Consulting, SDR, and Sales Leadership.
- Collaborate with talent marketing, CRM, and employee branding teams to enhance talent attraction campaigns.
- Facilitate a structured, competency-based hiring process to ensure fairness and alignment with business needs.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience through consistent communication and a solutions-first approach.
- Utilise world-class recruitment tools, CRMs, and AI sourcing technologies to streamline sourcing and engagement.
- Continually track, report, and improve hiring performance using data insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience recruiting for B2B sales and GTM roles, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Proven success in hiring across multiple APAC markets.
- Familiarity with volume hiring, talent pipelining, and employer branding initiatives.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and closing capabilities.
- Organised, proactive, and committed to excellence in stakeholder and candidate engagement.
