Job Description:
1. Manage technical team and establish systems to support project execution.
2. Prepare technical proposals during tender stage, including ERSS and architectural proposals.
3. Oversee and monitor design process, coordination, submissions, and follow up with clients/consultants for timely approvals.
4. Manage shop drawings and technical submittals in an orderly manner.
5. Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities on design matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in technical/design management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of design coordination, shop drawings, and authority submission procedures.
- Experience in both permanent and temporary works design management.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
