Key Roles & Responsibility:-
Operation
- Communicate with production and Order Fulfillment Team to achieve the production of products within promised time of delivery.
- Participate actively in special / cross functional projects such as process improvement and identification of best practices for recommendation and implementation.
Business Growth
- Develop and service sale accounts for both existing and new customers.
- Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports to the manager.
- Perform cost analysis and review periodic price reviews to all customers.
Customer Service
- Attend customers enquiries and assist in troubleshooting product quality which relates to plant process problems.
- Build and maintain good rapport with existing or new customers.
Technical Support
- Plan and manage the activities of technical areas in line with the Company’s product strategy with the help from the chemist, technical manager or related personnel.
Quality Control / Quality Assurance
- Perform quality control inspection on specimen to ensure integrity of process solutions.
- Perform laboratory analysis of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
- Perform documentation and conduct investigation for non-compliance or out-of-specification situations.
Health & Safety
- Ensure that safe working practices are used and appropriate Health and Safety legislation adopted.
- Exercise responsibility for carrying out and adhering to the Health and Safety Policy and procedure.
Others
- Ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the superior or Management.

Skills and Knowledge:-
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Process Technology, Science or any related disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience.
- Has attained the experience to handle specialized subject / tasks.
- Intermediate level / knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate level / knowledge of SAP or other ERP System.
- Working knowledge of ISO procedures with basic understanding of EWSH regulations.
