We are looking for a committed and hands-on Technical Support Programmer to join our Car Park Technical Support Team based in Singapore, King George. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support parking and security systems on a day-to-day basis.
- Provide timely technical assistance to users on all system-related enquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related technical issues in collaboration with customers, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct user and internal staff training as needed.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of system features, including updating application software and documentation.
- Work closely with Field Support and Customer Support teams, both on-site and remotely.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Candidates with related diplomas and strong hands-on experience will also be considered.
- Proven proficiency in:
- C#, Visual Studio, IIS, SQL
- Web services, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, XML
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to manage pressure and tight deadlines.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
