Job Responsibilities / 工作职责:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
以友好和专业的态度迎接和招待顾客 - Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
准确记录顾客的餐饮订单并传达至厨房/酒吧 - Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
及时上菜及送饮料,确保顾客满意 - Handle cashiering duties (billing, payment collection, issuing receipts)
负责收银工作(结账、收款、开具收据) - Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service
协助摆台及清理餐桌 - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area
保持餐厅区域清洁与卫生 - Manage reservations, seat customers, and coordinate table arrangements
负责订位管理、安排座位及协调餐桌安排 - Provide menu recommendations and explain promotions when necessary
向顾客推荐菜单并解释促销活动(如有需要) - Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations
与团队合作,确保日常营运顺利 - Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager / Supervisor
完成餐厅经理/主管安排的其他任务
Requirements / 任职要求:
- Experience in F&B service is an advantage; training provided for beginners
有餐饮服务经验者优先;无经验者可提供培训 - Pleasant personality with good communication skills
性格开朗,具备良好沟通能力 - Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
能接受轮班、周末及公共假期上班 - Positive working attitude, team player, and service-oriented
工作态度积极,具团队合作精神及服务意识
