- Develop CNS Enterprise WAN sales strategy and sales execution plans for the assigned territory with an adaptable and flexible approach and a growth mindset, as well as striving to achieve and exceed assigned orders and revenue target(s).
- Continuously generate, develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities in CRM that supports the achievement of assigned financial target(s). This also includes maintaining an accurate bottoms-up order intake forecast at the opportunity level in CRM.
- Be a trusted advisor to the customer/s with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
- Develop CxO relationships with key customers and maintain a cadence of executive engagements with customers and Nokia stakeholders.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in meeting with CxO’s and key decision makers to obtain sponsorship in pursuit of the sale
- Position Nokia’s CNS value propositions clearly articulating business benefits and ROI to differentiate Nokia solutions and drive deal closure. Partner with Service providers to extend go-to-market and sales efforts in the accounts.
- Strictly adhere to the published Nokia Sell and CNS processes.
- Represent Nokia in a professional and an ethical manner.
- Travel to attend sales meetings and related business activities
- Manage daily customer sales activities, ensuring customer queries are being dealt with in an effective and timely manner.
- Identifies and develops new business opportunities, in collaboration with pre-sales experts.
- Coordinates activities among sales, pre-sales and other functions based on in-depth organizational understanding (Mode of Operations, processes, etc) and relevant market knowledge, in order to meet business objectives.
- Participates in pricing strategies and contract negotiations and actively provides useful input.
- Solves complex problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment.
- Acts as a professional leader for staff and task forces, often the most senior and recognized sales professional in a team, who serves as best practice resource.
- Communicating vital customer information internally to relevant Sales & Executive teams.
- Follow all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines including ISMS (ISO27001 program).
You have:
- 8-12 years of proven sales experience in cloud native core & software technology particularly in enterprise segments (Public Safety, Defense, Utilities, Smart Cities), with a demonstrated capability to build trusted CxO relationships.
- Solid business acumen understanding the complexities of business and customer needs.
- Ability to understand at a high level the technical value proposition and then translate it into a business value position (i.e., consultative sales approach for selling solutions).
- Ability to motivate, excite, influence and lead virtual teams to success in sales campaigns.
- Ability to work/develop the partner ecosystem to enable a stronger go-to-market approach to increase market coverage.
- Track record of closing large deals (>1M euros) and managing targets (>5M euros annually)
- Singapore citizenship, preferably Chinese speaking.
- Willingness to travel.
