Key Responsibilities• Identify cross- and up-selling opportunities on existing policies• Ensure proper pricing• Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio• Educate and assist intermediaries and policy holders on policy details• Maintain accurate policy information in group systems• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with existing policy holders• Interact closely with other core functions (ie. Risk, Claims and Policy Admin)
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance/financial institutions in B2B accounts management in a multicultural organization• Ability to build extensive network with close contacts to market players, policy holders and brokers• Strong communication and negotiation skill • Good written and spoken English• Able to travel within Indonesia up to 20% of your time
