Job Details
- Salary Range: $4300-$5000 (depends on experience)
- Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM)
- Working Location: Tuas Crescent (3 min walking distance from Tuas Crescent MRT)
Job Description
- Prepare monthly management report and assist in financial statement preparation.
- Handle overall General Ledger account, including: Managing subledger of AR (Accounts Receivable), AP (Accounts Payable), and Inventory.
- Handling Intercompany transactions, account revaluation, and depreciation.
- Handle company treasury and monitor company cashflow.
- Prepare quarterly GST submission and submit withholding tax.
- Assist in year-end audit, tax computation, and submission.
- Assist in preparing quarterly and yearly consolidated accounts, and annual budget.
- Prepare payroll summary upon receiving payroll and CPF (Central Provident Fund) details from HR.
- Liaise with banks and auditors.
- Perform other ad-hoc projects and assignments.
