- Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and monthly/year-end closing.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, balance sheets, and relevant statements.
- Manage GST filings, corporate tax submissions, and XBRL annual returns.
- Review and process staff expense claims accurately and on time.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks for audits and compliance matters.
- Support budgeting and financial analysis for management decisions.
- Assist in implementing SAP and improving finance processes. Contribute to ad-hoc finance tasks and cross-department projects.
