Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Company Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support the management team with financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle payroll processing, CPF submissions, and tax compliance (e.g., IRAS filings).
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Support management with financial analysis for business decisions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in Construction.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB) and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
