**Job Title:** Accountant

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork, leadership, interpersonal skills, management, team leadership, team management, time management, and communication skills. The Accountant will be responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist the Accounting Manager in managing the accounting team and department operations
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Manage compliance deadlines and work schedules

**Requirements:**

• 1-3 years of working experience in accounting or finance
• Strong teamwork, leadership, interpersonal skills, management, team leadership, team management, time management, and communication skills
• Post-secondary diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
• CPA certification is a plus

**Salary Range:** $5500 to $6500
