Job Responsibilities
Finance & Account
- able to handle full sets of accounts from bookkeeping to statutory reporting and liaising with auditors
- assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements for reporting
- ensure that transactions are recorded and posted accurately in a timely manner in compliance with accounting policy
- responsible for the preparation and submission of GST
- perform ad-hoc assignments/reports as and when required
Office Administration
- assist in general office administration and maintenance
- assist in the administration of events registration and membership matters
Job Requirement
- Professional certificate/Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy
- At least 4 years of experience in finance and/or accounting roles
- Possess initiative, positive, energetic and meticulous
- Ability to work independently with excellent problem solving skills
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Team player with good communication and multi-tasking skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCount software is an asset
