Job Description
1) Accounting Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Maintain and reconcile cash flow, financial, and ledger accounts
- Prepare chart of accounts, and allocate entries to appropriate accounts in accordance with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls
2) Administrative Responsibilities
a) General Office Administration
- Coordinate work arrangements and communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including maintenance and general upkeep
- Develop, implement, and update administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency
- Manage and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
b) Operations Support
- Assist with documentation and follow-up for ISO procedures and audits
- Support daily operations such as data entry and related administrative tasks
- Assist in food product documentation and basic processing when required
- Collate outlet orders and place purchase orders with suppliers
- Prepare and process invoices for outlets and clients
3) Additional Duties
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management or Immediate Supervisor from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Administration, or Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in basic accounting principles and procedures
- Prior experience with ISO documentation is preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
