- Provide day-to-day office administrative & accounting support functions such as data entry, filling etc.
- Prepare customised reports as per customers’ need
- Office supplies, including stationeries and daily consumptions purchase
- Checking and reimbursement of staff claim expenses
- Any others ad hoc duties as and when is required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Business
- Proficiency in MS Office Application such as Word & Excel
- Knowledge in accounting software is an added advantage
- Good personality, mature and independent with good working attitude.
