Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of accounting duties
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, compliance with company policies, compliance with group reporting principles as well as legal and regulatory requirement.
- Ensure timely submission of all statutory obligations such as GST Submission, unaudited accounts & filing of various statutory returns.
- Liaise with bankers, vendors, auditors, tax agent, corporate secretarial and government agencies.
- Ensure proper housekeeping of Finance documents
Human Resource
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day to day operations in HR administration.
- Handle & process staff's payroll.
- Administer medical, insurance claims and other related claims
- Preparation of statutory submission such as CPF, IRAS, Government surveys and Government related claims
- Handle employee onboarding & off-boarding processes
- Process & handle all work pass related issues (Application, renewal and cancellation)
- Maintain and update all the related HR records
- Maintain SOPs and policies relating to HR processes

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in an accounting role is preferred.
- Must possess a high degree of self-motivation, be result-oriented and able to work independently.
- Strong financial analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central accounting software and Info-Tech payroll software is an advantage.
