Job Responsibilities
- Prepare full set of accounts with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage statutory filings including:
- Income Tax
- Goods & Services Tax (GST)
- Payroll
- Central Provident Fund (CPF)
- Perform general administrative duties:
- Filing and record-keeping
- Drafing minutes
- Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Able to work independently, multitask, and perform under pressure
- Strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service communication skills
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
