Responsibilities
- To prepare and handle full sets of accounts of various companies in different jurisdictions and its monthly and annual management reports.
- To prepare audit schedules and coordinate with auditors to ensure accounts are filed on time
- To manage and monitor budget and actual cashflows.
- To monitor different project costs and to update project schedules.
- To prepare quotations, purchase order, invoices, inteco-billing and payments and to check against supporting.
- To prepare and handle claims and to check against supporting.
- To prepare and handle quarterly GST and tax computations and to provide tax supporting documents to tax agents.
- Review contracts and agreements.
- Liaise with directors, bankers, lawyers, tax agents, auditors, corporate secretaries, internal and external parties.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, in Accounts, Finance or Equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in accounting or finance.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good team player and yet can be independent with minimum supervision.
- Self-drive and able to work well under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
