We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations, month-end reporting, and full-set accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle full set of accounts , including GL, AP, and AR
- Process vendor invoices, credit notes, staff claims, and payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform bank reconciliations , journal entries, and intercompany transactions
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing , ensuring compliance with audit and statutory requirements
- Manage inventory cost accounting and logistics billing (if applicable)
- Support budgeting, forecasting , and cost control activities
- Preparing monthly management reports.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. warehouse, procurement) and external parties (vendors, auditors, tax agent)
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Support Finance Manager in ad hoc assignments and projects
