Accounts Executive
Job Description
- Maintain full set of accounts and management reports for different entities.
- Prepare monthly journals, schedules and bank reconciliation.
- Monitor loan covenant with different banks.
- In-charge of cash flow management.
- Prepare financial reporting to related partners - monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- GST preparation and submission.
- Handle year-end closing and Financial Reporting.
- Liaise with company secretary, tax agent, auditor and bankers etc.
- Assist with setting up & striking off company with company secretary.
- Involve in forecast and budget process.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient in MYOB & Excel
- Matured, independent, meticulous and work under stress in fast-paced environment
- Report to Finance Manager
- At least 5 Year(s) experience in accounting position
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent
