Job Responsibilities:
- To provide secretarial and administrative support
- To arrange and co-ordinate hotel accommodation, traveling schedules and visa applications
- To co-ordinate related special project assigned and keep track of timeline to ensure timely execution to meet established deadlines
- To maintain efficient filing and tracking systems
- To handle daily office administration matters, including, operation / purchases, assist in generation of quotations, invoices, and monitor payments
Job Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ level
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Knowledge in MYOB, an advantage
- Good command of English
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Multi-tasking and ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
- Resourceful, Independent, Discreet, Good Interpersonal Skills and Work Disciplines
- Flexible in hours available – when work is required to complete urgently, to stay on and complete it
