Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role involves assisting with documentation, data entry, and general administrative duties, with the flexibility to take on ad hoc tasks as they arise. You will work closely with a small, dedicated team in a meaningful, purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise, scan, and file resident-related documents
- Perform data entry for resident and Next-of-Kin (NOK) information
- Support preparation and data entry for quarterly MOH subvention reports
- Assist with general office administrative tasks such as document management, scanning, and filing
- Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned - including simple research or sourcing support
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma holder or equivalent (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Organised and efficient in handling documents and admin processes
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Resourceful and confident in using online tools (e.g. Google, ChatGPT) to solve problems, research unfamiliar topics, or learn on the job
- Able to assist in sourcing products and services online by researching and proposing suitable options (decision-making not required)
- Proficient in written English and clear communication
- IT-savvy and familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Willing to learn, adaptable, and dependable - especially when dealing with confidential or sensitive information
