Job Scope:
- Provide general administrative support to the Property Division, including the preparation of tenancy agreements, Options to Purchase, and other related documentation, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Handle day-to-day tenancy matters and respond promptly to tenants’ feedback and requests.
- Coordinate the proper handover and takeover of premises to and from tenants or buyers.
- Respond to enquiries, feedback, and requests related to property matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing and documentation records.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in property sales, leasing, property management, or office administration.
