Description of Duties / Responsibilities
- Maintaining office stationery, supplies, and filing cabinets in good order
- Assist in Accounts-related functions, including Updating of receipt vouchers, Preparing reimbursement claims
- Tracking of staff work permit renewals and medical check-ups, Upkeeping of foreign staff P-files, etc.
- Assist in project coordinate with contractor
- Assist in ordering and follow-ups with China suppliers
- Expedite and coordinate delivery schedules to meet project deadlines
- Prepare and issue purchase orders (As and when required)
- Data Entry
- Assist PM in coordinating all required paperwork and documentation
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

- Some experience in administrative or operational support roles preferred.
