Empire Works is a growing renovation and interior design company with 8 years of industry experience. We pride ourselves on delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service. We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin / Showroom Assistant to join our team and support daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative duties (filing, data entry, documentation, scheduling)
- Assist in answering phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the showroom and office
- Manage office supplies and ensure stock is replenished when necessary
- Support the sales/design team with preparation of documents, quotations, and project files
- Run ad-hoc errands or duties assigned by management
- Assist in basic bookkeeping support (if required)
Requirements
- No minimum education
- Prior admin or customer service experience preferred (but not mandatory)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Working days
Monday to Saturday 11am to 8pm or 12am to 9pm
